Group Coaching

Group coaching is to be in a conversation with people of similar interests and goals along with an expert facilitator to guide the process. While challenging at first if one has never opened up to share their experiences with others, one quickly finds they are not alone, that all of us have difficult past experiences and current struggles that are strikingly similar. What a relief. We then learn from each other as well as from the coach. To receive insight and feedback from outside your own sphere of experience and self-concepts is an invaluable gift that accelerates learning about oneself, healing the past, and moving into self-actualization. This is why I offer ongoing group sessions for those doing Emotional Liberation courses or using my books. Informed and structured self-study combined with expert coaching and group support produces deep growth and rapid change. Be part of a community having authentic conversations about their emotional well-being in a safe and uplifting environment. Sessions include a combination of teaching of concepts, exercises and practices, group or 1 to 1 personal sharing, and coaching on specific issues and situations.
